Make data sync is hard, and they are not going to build a perfect solution for a minority group of users. The one thing that you can't do is to have Nextcloud/Webdav as a client for the mobile devices, because you find Dropbox too expensive. You could even sync your desktop clients through Nextcloud (with folder sync). You can also pay them to mainain a working sync solution for all of your devices if you so wish. If you want to continue using 1Password, you have a number of options - including continue to use Dropbox, using iCloud our using WiFi sync. That's better than nothing )īut now dropbox only allows 3 devices which is not sufficient for me. So far I used dropbox to sync as it at least has 2 layers of security (dropbox needs to be hacked and the 1password safe has to be unsafe somehow. I've been using 1 password for a while now and still use the old version ( 1Password 4 for Windows ) as I don't want to use a cloud service for sensitive data that is most probably a high value target for any kind of hacking.
